Through two distinct programs, Recovery for primary substance use and Wellness for primary mental health, we offer a broad array of services tailored to address each client’s needs – offered across multiple levels of care including Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP).
At Longleaf, we take a holistic approach to treating substance use and mental health disorders. Our tailored services include symptom management, as we treat the entire individual to create the foundation for long-term change and improvement.
Our highest level of care, known as partial hospitalization (PHP), focuses on providing care for those individuals who do not require the intensity of treatment provided at residential care, but who need more structure and frequency than what is provided in other lower-level outpatient programs. Our partial hospitalization programming requires clients to be at the facility regularly, engaging in daily group therapy, weekly individual therapy, and weekly visits with medical staff.
Intensive outpatient (IOP) is designed to provide individuals with a higher frequency of treatment than standard outpatient care. With options for treatment on a 3-day or 5-day schedule, clients enrolled in our intensive outpatient programming can benefit from accessing the care they need while engaging in important daily activities such as working, spending time with loved ones, or attending school.
Once clients have achieved their recovery goals in our higher levels of care, they are then provided the opportunity to attend our once weekly outpatient group.
Our specialized treatment facilities are dedicated to assisting adults and families grappling with mental health challenges and addiction. We address the underlying stressors, offering a transformative path to change and sustained support for a restored life.
