Susan Harper, LPC

DIRECTOR OF QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE

Susan Harper is a dedicated substance use disorder and mental health professional with over 15 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Auburn University and Master's degrees in both Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. Susan started her career with Bradford Health Services in 2009 holding various positions at multiple locations in all levels of care over her 10-year career there before starting her own behavioral health consulting company. Before joining the team at Longleaf in October 2023, Susan was employed as a Clinical Compliance Specialist with the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, where she played a key role in the organization's development and strategic planning. She has a proven track record of using data, informative training techniques, and leadership skills to improve quality of care, develop personnel, and improve organizational results and reputation.
